REYGLOBAL LTD, on behalf of our client, a leading global shipping company specializing in RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) transportation of vehicles and heavy equipment, is seeking to recruit a Senior Audit Officer to join their team at the Head Office in Limassol, Cyprus.The Senior Audit Officer will be responsible for executing audit procedures, testing controls, and preparing detailed reports to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial and operational processes.&nbsp;Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the execution of audit fieldwork, including testing internal controls and reviewing financial/operational processes.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential non-compliance or inefficiency.</li><li>Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support audit findings and conclusions.</li><li>Document audit work in accordance with internal audit methodologies and professional standards.</li><li>Draft preliminary audit observations and discuss them with auditees to ensure accuracy and clarity.</li><li>Support the Audit Manager in preparing audit reports and recommendations.</li><li>Perform follow-up reviews to verify corrective actions have been implemented.</li><li>Contribute to the development of the annual audit plan by identifying risks in specific operational areas.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Education Requirements&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience of a minimum of 4 years as Internal Auditor.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and resolve any issues.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations is a plus.
