About Us We are a boutique financial advisory firm specializing in valuations, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and strategic consulting for clients across Europe and internationally. Our projects provide hands-on exposure to complex business cases, offering junior advisors the opportunity to build deep financial knowledge and professional growth.We are seeking a Junior Financial Advisor with strong analytical, academic, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with excellent time management and copywriting abilities, ready to contribute to high-quality financial deliverables in a fully remote role. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in drafting business valuations (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).</li><li>Support feasibility studies, market research, and investment analyses.</li><li>Perform statistical and financial ratio analysis.</li><li>Work with financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).</li><li>Build and maintain financial models (forecasting, ROI, sensitivity).</li><li>Draft and edit clear, concise, and professional reports and presentations.</li><li>Collaborate with senior advisors and managers on client deliverables.</li><li>Gain exposure to international valuation standards (IVS, GAVP).</li></ul>&nbsp;RequirementsAcademic Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, MORSE, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.</li><li>A-Levels: AAA / AAB / ABB (at least one subject must be Mathematics).</li><li>Apolytirion: 18.5+/20.</li><li>English Proficiency: IELTS 7.0 or higher.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Around 1 year of work or internship experience in finance, accounting, data, or advisory.</li><li>Strong Excel &amp; Microsoft Office skills (formulas, pivot tables, financial modelling).</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills for professional financial documents.</li><li>Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to learn fast.</li><li>Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Clear and professional written and spoken communication.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Salary Progression:<ul><li>€900 net per month (first 6 months)</li><li>€1,000 net per month (next 6 months)</li><li>+€50 every 6 months thereafter (up to €1,100 after 2 years).</li></ul></li><li>Huge exposure to valuations, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and corporate finance.</li><li>Full-time remote role (09:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00, Monday to Friday).</li><li>Structured career path toward Senior Financial Advisor / Consultant roles.</li><li>Mentorship from experienced financial advisors and continuous learning.</li></ul>
