A company under Columbia Group is seeking to recruit a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate is experienced in both frontend and backend technologies and is passionate about building high-quality, scalable applications. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to create innovative software solutions that drive value for our users.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications.</li><li>Work across the full stack—frontend, backend, and database layers.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.</li><li>Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product owners to translate designs and requirements into functional applications.</li><li>Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.</li><li>Contribute to architectural decisions and the continuous improvement of development processes.</li><li>Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>2+ years of professional experience in full stack development.</li><li>Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).</li><li>Strong backend development experience with technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.</li><li>Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).</li><li>Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) would be a plus.</li><li>Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) would be a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control systems like Git.</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL (Foundation certification or hands on use of Incident, Problem and Change processes) would be a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including low-code development platforms and cloud-native services, with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced and innovative environment.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and discretionary bonus</li><li>Thirteen Salaries</li><li>Pension Fund</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li><li>A collaborative and innovative start-up culture</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to lead a dynamic IT support team and drive meaningful improvements.</li><li>Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li></ul>To apply, please send us your CV at <a href="mailto:careers@csmcy.com">careers@csmcy.com</a>&nbsp;
