Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, optimise, and maintain landing pages in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.</li><li>Implement and test tracking pixels, postbacks, and analytics scripts.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing Lead and Media Buyers to ensure landing pages align with campaign goals and design briefs.</li><li>Ensure all pages are mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and conversion-optimised.</li><li>Manage domain setup, hosting environments, and assist with A/B testing.</li><li>Support integration with internal tools, APIs, and affiliate systems.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.</li><li>Must live in or near Larnaca, Cyprus, and have the legal right to work and reside in Cyprus.</li><li>Solid experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.</li><li>Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser optimisation.</li><li>Basic understanding of tracking parameters, UTMs, and conversion flows.</li><li>Experience with cPanel, Virtualmin, or VPS environments is an advantage.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with remote coordination.&nbsp;</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Knowledge of affiliate marketing or performance advertising environments.</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress, MySQL, or API integrations.</li><li>Experience working with Google Tag Manager or tracking platforms (e.g. Affise, Voluum).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive gross monthly salary.</li><li>13th salary, paid holidays, and training opportunities.</li><li>Hybrid work model (Larnaca office + WFH flexibility).</li><li>A collaborative, innovative environment with exposure to international projects.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s core technology assets under the Cyprus IP Box regime.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send your CV and a brief portfolio (or examples of past work) to careers@ipnova.com, with the subject line “Web Developer (HTML/PHP) – Larnaca”.
