The main area of responsibility is the day-to-day support and activities related to the organization. This position is highly technical in nature, requires excellent technical skills in a variety of competencies, and the ability to learn and adopt new technologies.&nbsp;&nbsp;Other areas of responsibility include:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware/software troubleshooting)&nbsp;</li><li>Install and configure hardware (workstations, laptops, tablets, printers) and software (Windows OS, Office 365, Antivirus, Business applications, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain an inventory of IT assets and support documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Cooperate with Senior IT colleagues on internal projects and maintenance&nbsp;</li><li>Patch management and upgrades for the workstations&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any relevant field&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Two years’ working experience in a similar position or in an IT-related field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking basics, and cloud platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Active Directory and Cisco networking equipment is an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages (verbal and written).&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Skills &amp; Abilities:&nbsp; &nbsp;<ul><li>Problem solving &amp; analytical thinking&nbsp;</li><li>Results orientation&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Accountability&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Customer Oriented&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Building collaborative relationships with internal and externals partners&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Planning &amp; organizing&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility &amp; adaptability&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are interested in the position and aspire to make the difference and contribute to our company's vision, you can submit your CV through our website no later than 05 December 2025 at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.hermesairports.com/corporate/careers/job-vacancies">Job Vacancies | Hermes Airports</a>.&nbsp;All applications will be treated as confidential.&nbsp; To find out more about our company, you can visit our website at www.hermesairports.com&nbsp;&nbsp;
