The roleThe E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving online revenue growth and enhancing the hotel chain’s digital presence across all owned and third-party channels. This role oversees the performance of the brand website, online booking platforms (OTAs), and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal conversion, visibility, and profitability. The E-Commerce Manager works closely with the marketing, revenue management, and IT teams to deliver a seamless online guest journey and maximize direct bookings. &nbsp;Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the hotels, as well as the brand websites, ensuring content is up to date, engaging and optimized for SEO.</li><li>Liaise with web developers and digital agencies to enhance website features, booking flows, and analytics tracking.</li><li>Regularly analyze web performance and implement improvement plan.</li><li>Set up all digital campaigns and online widgets to achieve maximum ROI and conversion metrics.</li><li>Track digital campaign performance metrics, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and other analytics.</li><li>Create digital marketing initiatives and ensure optimal conversion and visibility.</li><li>Manage relationships with external vendors, digital agencies and technology partners.</li><li>Assist with the guest’s loyalty programs and online engagement initiative. &nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel e-commerce or other related field.</li><li>Experience in the hospitality sector is desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of OTA management and channel managers.</li><li>Understanding of SEO, SEM and Google Analytics.</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration.</li><li>EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
