This role blends hands-on design execution with strategic creative direction, ensuring all brand communications are cohesive, engaging, and aligned with our marketing objectives.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead and evolve the brand and visual identity across all properties, ensuring consistency across digital, &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;print, and on-site materials. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design and produce creative assets — from logos, campaigns, brochures, templates, presentations and &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;menus to social media visuals, and brand toolkits. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Direct photoshoots, video productions, and visual storytelling initiatives. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee creative content for all social media channels, ensuring each property’s identity shines within&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; the group’s brand framework. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative materials and ensure all visuals align with&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; brand and communication objectives. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supervise and guide in-house designers and external partners, maintaining excellence and consistency &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; across all outputs. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor design trends and continuously introduce fresh, innovative ideas to elevate the brand&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; experience. Required qualifications:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design, art direction, or brand management, preferably&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; within the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sector. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Advance proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects), &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; with solid photography and video editing skills. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong storytelling and brand communication skills in English and Greek. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Advance proficiency in Microsoft Power Point Presentations. &nbsp;Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address: vacancies@louishotels.com mentioning the title of desired position, no later than November 30th 2025. &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Join us to shape the creative direction of one of the region’s leading hospitality brands and bring our stories to life through powerful design and visual storytelling.&nbsp;*** All applications will be treated in strict confidence***&nbsp;
