Prevention at Sea is an LR ISO 9001 &amp; ISO 27001 multi-awarded marine risk assessment company that offers maritime services for quality assurance and innovative software solutions designed to optimize fleet management and enable data-driven decision making through paperless ship records and big-data analytics.&nbsp;Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources<ul><li>Coordinate daily HR activities and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.</li><li>Support performance review and training processes in line with company procedures.</li><li>Maintain personnel files, HR databases, and records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Assist with policy communication, employee queries, and basic HR reporting.</li><li>Contribute to a positive and professional working environment across all offices.</li></ul>Administration &amp; Office Support<ul><li>Day to day administration of the office.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (master's degree is a plus).</li><li>Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in HR and administrative support roles.</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and verbal.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR or administrative systems.</li><li>Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.</li><li>Experience in the maritime sector will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>What We OfferA flexible and friendly work environment, with continuous learning opportunities through our internal training programs.
