We foster an engaging and supportive work environment while remaining dedicated to enhancing the daily lives of our customers, coworkers, and communities.&nbsp;What You Will Work OnReporting to the Customer Relations Manager you are responsible and accountable to:<ul><li>Ensure the best possible customer experience and have all customers in focus as your first priority.</li><li>Ensure compliance in IKEA policies and procedures regarding purchases and after sales (tax documents, exchange, returns policy, guarantees).</li><li>Improve shopping process in all channels by monitoring and evaluating customers’ feedback.</li><li>Liaise efficiently with all internal and external third parties to secure an excellent customer experience.</li><li>Ensure that all company and legal guidelines are followed in your areas of responsibility.</li><li>Controlling, steering and following up all operating costs and KPIs related to your areas of responsibility.</li><li>Monitor your team’s performance and constantly giving constructive feedback up.
