We are a large team spread across Cyprus, providing a friendly and dynamic environment to start your career.&nbsp; What will you be doing?The Call Centre Representative role can be challenging and here's what you will be doing:<ul><li>Act as an interface between the customers and the company by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner.</li><li>Handle, support and guide customers from start to end by providing a tailored experience. Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the Customer Service department.</li><li>Promote and sell the Company’s products and services by phone</li><li>Generate/follow up on sales opportunities to reach sales targets</li></ul>&nbsp;Before clicking that "apply" button: &nbsp;Take a moment to read through the details below. We will provide you with comprehensive training on various topics, but we won't train you on how to be polite!&nbsp;🤷</li><li>Have previous experience working in customer service, either in retail or hospitality.</li><li>Previous sales experience in retail: being excited to work in a commission-based environment is a plus.</li><li>Have an interest in technology, mobile phones, and the internet, and who are excited to start their career in a telecommunications company.</li><li>Are flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and Saturdays on a rotation basis, within Call Centre's opening hours.
