Responsibilities &amp; Duties:<ul><li>Scheduling projects, supervising &amp; overseeing the project quality and progress</li><li>Coordinating all site activities</li><li>Prepare coordinated shop drawings between all activities</li><li>Preparing reports for clients and manager</li><li>Preparing VO for clients and contractors </li><li>PC review and check for contractors</li><li>Maintain a good relationship with clients, consultants/contractors/subcontractors &amp; liaise for all activities</li><li>Implement the technical specifications of the projects in compliance with the approved plans &amp; permits</li><li>Insure the Consultant's supervision as per consultancy agreements/regulations</li><li>Projects completion &amp; snag lists</li><li>Final taking over procedures</li><li>Follow up client's requirements/modifications</li><li>Any other duties and responsibilities related to the position-&nbsp; as might be assigned by The manager.</li><li>Company Head office is located at Larnaca but Construction sites attendance at other cities of Cyprus is mandatory</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Member of ETEK</li><li>Valid contractor’s license (at least category C)</li><li>At least 5-8 years of experience at a similar position</li><li>Experience in Residential construction sites</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English languages (verbal and writing)</li><li>Integrity of Character, Professionalism and strong organisational &amp; administrative skills</li><li>Excellent computer skills (word, excel, MS projects-&nbsp; AutoCAD, PowerPoint etc)</li><li>Valid Cyprus Driver’s license</li></ul>PLEASE SEND YOUR CV TO <a href="mailto:careers@plusholding.com">careers@plusholding.com</a>
