Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for an Assistant to Development Director&nbsp;to join us in Limassol.&nbsp;Main tasks and responsibilities:<ul><li>Answering directly to the Development Director and being involved in the whole projects’ fleet.</li><li>Coordinating the involved departments and make sure to accomplish the targets set from the upper management.</li><li>Creating reports about projects’ progress and inform the different Investors.</li><li>Overseeing each project’s progress and update milestones dates, such as construction and delivery, on a monthly basis.</li><li>Final check of the separated tittle deeds.&nbsp;</li><li>Attending and preparing MOM.</li><li>Monitoring management accounts for Project management and design Fees of Development Department. &nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements for the position:<ul><li>Civil Engineer, Architect or Quantity Surveyor bachelor degree.</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken in Greek and English are a must.</li><li>Great character, responsible and trustworthy person.</li><li>Easy learning person.</li><li>Ambitious and multi-skilled person.</li><li>Multitask person.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Reporting skills.</li><li>Excellent Microsoft Office interaction and knowledge.</li><li>Knowledge of Procore or SAP Software will be considered as advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;We offer:<ul><li>Competitive and attractive compensation.</li><li>Young, dynamic and friendly working environment.</li><li>Fast growing company with potential&nbsp;career perspectives.</li></ul>At bbf:, our values shape everything we do.We are sharp in our thinking, creative in our approach, and emotionally intelligent in how we connect with others.
