We are seeking an experienced and passionate&nbsp;Business Management Teacher for our IB Middle Years and Diploma Programme (MYP/DP). Our institution places a strong emphasis on offering a rigorous and holistic education that prepares students for success in an increasingly interconnected world.&nbsp;Employment Type:&nbsp;&nbsp;Full-time&nbsp;We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable teacher to join our IB MYP/DP faculty as a&nbsp;Business Management Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IB curriculum and be capable of delivering engaging and challenging lessons in Business Management and Economics. This role will involve instructing students in critical concepts, facilitating discussions, and guiding them through coursework and assessments.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Teaching and Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Business Management, adhering to the IB MYP/DP curriculum.</li><li>Student Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>IB Programme Support: Actively participate in the development and enhancement of the IB MYP/DP curriculum, including unit planning and resource creation.</li><li>Individualised Support: Provide academic and career counseling to students pursuing Business Management and Economics.</li><li>Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to create cross-curricular opportunities and encourage a holistic approach to education.</li><li>Classroom Management:&nbsp; Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters critical thinking and discussion.</li><li>Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with educational best practices and IB program requirements.</li><li>Extracurricular Involvement: Encourage student involvement in related extracurricular activities and competitions.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Economics, or a related field.
