&nbsp;VACANCYThe Hilton Hotel in Nicosia is seeking to recruit a dynamic professional, in the following position:&nbsp;Personal Assistant to the Hotel General Manager&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage and optimize the GM’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in the preparation and tracking of reports, and projects as required.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain an organized filing system and electronic document management.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the team with administrative tasks.&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3 years’ proven experience as a secretary or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.<ul><li>Experience in Hospitality environment is considered an asset.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach to problem-solving.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU. &nbsp;Applications:Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address:&nbsp; <a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a> mentioning the title of the position no later than August 23rd , 2025.&nbsp;*** All applications will be treated in strict confidence***&nbsp;
