Responsibilities:&nbsp;This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:<ul><li>Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.</li><li>Processing financial transactions, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Recording and reconciling financial data in the general ledger.</li><li>Assisting with the preparation and filing of tax returns.</li><li>Conducting basic financial analysis and variance analysis.</li><li>Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.</li><li>Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Assisting in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.</li><li>Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.</li><li>Supporting the Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager with ad-hoc tasks and projects.</li><li>Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.</li></ul>Requirements:&nbsp;The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:<ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Up to 2 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Basic Knowledge in VAT regulations, Social Insurance services, and Tax authorities</li><li>Exposure in accounting software (e.g.E-soft, Odoo)</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure</li><li>Effective teamwork and independent working capabilities</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>IT literate and adaptable</li><li>High integrity and a positive, can-do attitude</li></ul>Our firm offers:<ul><li>Excellent work environment.</li><li>An attractive and competitive remuneration package in accordance with skills and qualifications.</li><li>The firm fully covers expenses towards ACCA/ACA qualification.</li><li>Bonus based on performance.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Corporate parking paid by the company.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a multicultural environment.</li><li>Casual Dress Code</li><li>Training events that will help both your personal and professional development paid by the company.</li><li>Participation in our various corporate events and activities.</li></ul>&nbsp;Application:&nbsp;If you are a motivated professional looking to advance your career and join a dynamic and growing team, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitment@splcy.com?subject=JuniorAccountant/1/2025">recruitment@splcy.com</a>.
