Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team of the Delfi Group in all countries.</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations to the General Manager, the Board, and members of the executive management team.</li><li>Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.</li><li>Advise on long-term business and financial planning.</li><li>Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.</li><li>Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to build, provide guidance on strategic plans, annual budgets/quarterly forecasts, and to identify risks and opportunities.</li><li>Ensures transactions comply with company policy as well as international and local guidelines.</li><li>Responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting work.</li><li>Prepare profitability reports and cash flow budgets.</li><li>Prepare and deliver financial presentations for client meetings and provide every month in a timely manner all statements of existing customers.</li><li>Participate in client negotiations e.g., contractual discussions.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, working with operations, corporate accounting, and others to consistently improve accuracy and efficiency of processing transactions while improving internal controls.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and take a lead role in enhancing current control procedures.</li><li>Coordinate field management needs with corporate accounting, finance, treasury, IT and other departments as needed.</li><li>Partner with Business Development and other Group teams to provide deal modelling and valuation, solutions to win new business and retain current customer base.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related discipline.</li><li>Holder of ACCA or other similar qualification will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.</li><li>Working experience in the Asset management/Real Estate Advisory business will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and spoken).</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Great communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Commitment to delivering the highest quality.</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Trustworthiness.</li></ul>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement.&nbsp;If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV at <a href="mailto:careerscy@delfipartners.com">careerscy@delfipartners.com</a> and mention in the subject the reference DPFM25.&nbsp;Each application will be treated in the strictest confidence.
