Skybound Wealth is&nbsp;seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance &amp; Legal Officer to join our Compliance &amp; Legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate with either foundational experience or a strong academic background to grow within a dynamic, cross-border financial services firm.The successful candidate will assist in the implementation and monitoring of the firm’s regulatory framework in accordance with CySEC, MiFID II, and broader EU standards. Reporting directly to the firm's Directors, the role offers visibility at senior level and meaningful involvement in key regulatory and legal matters.&nbsp;Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Compliance Support<ul><li>Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports</li><li>Monitor compliance with CySEC, MiFID II and related EU directives</li><li>Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure effective internal controls and risk mitigation</li></ul>Policy and Documentation<ul><li>Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies and procedures</li><li>Monitor regulatory developments and help integrate them into company policies</li></ul>Operational Risk and Internal Controls<ul><li>Identify potential control gaps and support risk mitigation initiatives</li><li>Assist with the coordination of internal audits and regulatory inspections</li></ul>Compliance Culture and Training<ul><li>Support the promotion of a strong compliance culture across the firm</li><li>Participate in internal training and awareness sessions on compliance topics</li></ul>Qualifications and ExperienceRequired:<ul><li>2-4 years of prior experience in a Legal and/or Compliance role, preferably within the financial services sector</li><li>University degree in Law</li><li>Strong academic record and interest in financial services and compliance framework</li><li>Basic understanding of financial regulation, especially CySEC and MiFID II</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>CySEC Basic or Advanced Certification (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Fluency in Greek</li><li>Proactive, eager to learn, and growth-oriented</li><li>Analytical, detail-focused, and organised</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a cross-functional team</li></ul>Skybound Wealth is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
