Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience of working in an aviation environment would be an advantage, although full training will be given for both positions</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication in English</li><li>Military service completed (if applicable)</li><li>Ability to use a PC (email, word etc). Training will be given on our in-house program.&nbsp;</li><li>Flexible and discreet attitude</li><li>Ramp Agents must have a full driving licence</li></ul>Duties Ramp&nbsp;<ul><li>Aircraft and VIP passenger handling</li><li>Maintaining a safe and secure ramp are at all times</li><li>Assisting VIP customers in a friendly, courteous&nbsp;and&nbsp;and professional manner</li><li>Communication with flight crew and personnel on ground</li><li>Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Ramp Manager</li></ul>Duties Operations<ul><li>Deals with requests for landing, parking and over-flight permissions and applies for any of the &nbsp;permissions to CAA.</li><li>Prepares all flight documents and files required prior each flight arrival including weather etc</li><li>Provides via the Airport A.I.S. Office copies of flight plans and notams needed for each flight.</li><li>Organizes all necessary details and information of each request and process it to the accounts department for the invoice preparation.</li><li>Provides Ramp Agents with all necessary information for all daily flights.</li><li>Assists Ramp Agents by making phone calls, sending and receiving faxes to the proper airport departments to assure smoother aircraft and passenger handling.&nbsp;</li><li>Arranging requests for transport, hotels and catering and any other customer requests.&nbsp;</li></ul>Only those who are legally permitted to work in the Republic Of Cyprus with valid and relevant documentation/permits &nbsp;should apply, as you must be able to provide a clean 5 year police checkable background as required by the airport authorities.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please forward your contact details and CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:emavros@skylink.com.cy">emavros@skylink.com.cy</a> specifying which position you are interested in.&nbsp;Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
