Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate all flight-related ground handling operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely performance.</li><li>Liaise with airline representatives, airport authorities, and service providers to ensure smooth flight turnaround operations.</li><li>Monitor flight schedules, handle irregularities (delays, disruptions), and ensure proper communication with all stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procedures, airline requirements, and aviation safety standards.</li><li>Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.</li><li>Support and guide ramp and passenger services teams to maintain high service quality.</li><li>Requirements:</li><li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in flight supervision or airport ground handling operations.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts.</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>A dynamic and professional working environment.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth within our aviation network.</li></ul>
