Shift Leader&nbsp;Job Scope:Shift Running - effectively run the store, following policies and procedures to ensure standards are satisfactorily maintained. When not running shift, proactively support the management team in the effective running of the store. Through coaching, motivating and engaging all in store employees, create a culture to be proud of.&nbsp;Job Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience of managing a diverse workforce</li><li>Customer Mania Strong Communication skills, at all levels</li></ul>&nbsp;Core Responsibilities:&nbsp;People<ul><li>Support the Management team where needed regarding staffing issues</li><li>Assist in the creation of the weekly schedule</li><li>Ensure training and onboarding for new employees takes place efficiently</li><li>Support and coach the TM’s in any issues arise during their shift</li><li>Improve and work on the productivity of your team</li></ul>&nbsp;Customer:<ul><li>Successfully resolve customer complaints and queries in line with company policy reporting serious complaints to the RGM or Area Coach as appropriate</li><li>Ensure that the restaurant cleaning plan/rota is followed and adhered to</li><li>Create a customer focused environment which is appealing to our diverse customer base</li></ul>&nbsp;Sales:<ul><li>Through exceptional operational standards and a ‘maniacal’ approach to customer service, consistently seek to maximize the sales on your shift.
