Junior IT AnalystLocation: Cyprus Type: Full-time / On-site Language: English (&amp; German is a plus)&nbsp;Your Role: As a Junior IT Analyst, you will be exposed to a variety of areas: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;SAP Consulting &amp; Development o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in SAP customization, configuration, and development under senior supervision. o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Learn to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical or functional solutions. o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in system testing, documentation, and support tasks. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Digital Projects o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support the development and maintenance of our digital platforms o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Help organize community events &amp; workshops (on-site support, communication, coordination). o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Contribute ideas for improving user experience and platform functionality. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;General IT &amp; Project Support o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with IT-related tasks within the company (basic troubleshooting, testing, data handling). o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Research and learn new tools or technologies that can enhance operations. What We’re Looking For: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Education:&nbsp; Degree or higher studies in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, or related field. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Skills &amp; Traits: o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Passion for technology and problem-solving. o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn new tools and processes. o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Interest in ERP systems, especially SAP (previous exposure is a plus but not required). o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication and organizational skills. o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Team-oriented, proactive, and open-minded. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bonus: o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with sports, event organization, or digital platforms. o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic knowledge of programming (ABAP, Python, JavaScript, etc.).&nbsp;
