In return we offer dynamic and nurturing environments to work in, competitive salaries, and the chance to be part of one of the world's most recognised and innovative global manufacturing companies.With a focus on doing business the way that customers love, we have a new position for a Service Advisor in Limassol. &nbsp;Your main duties will include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Managing customer interactions and ensure a flawless customer service at the reception area of our workshop.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Explaining and supporting customers with details on the work performed on&nbsp;their vehicle and the invoicing.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Communicate customer concerns to technicians and inform customers through out the repair process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide accurate cost estimates to customers along with the timeframe for their vehicles repair or service.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coordination with Parts department where necessary.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Taking the necessary initiatives to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the team.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position in the automotive industry or HORECA industry or a similar field.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field will be considered an advantage.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Good computer skills.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Valid driving licence.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work within a team in an organized manner.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>What we offer:Competitive remuneration package according to experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>13th salary and part of 14th salary.&nbsp;</li><li>21 days of paid holiday.</li><li>Generous provident fund.</li><li>Continuous training and development with a structured career path.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all and our decisions are based on character, qualifications and experience.
