JOB DESCRIPTION:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reviewing and drafting of corporate, finance, commercial agreements including but not limited to SPA, SHA, option agreements, loan agreements, pledge agreement, security agreements, etc;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaising with various public authorities (Companies Registrar, Land Registry, District Office, Tax Office etc);·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Undertaking and overseeing the formation, administration and dissolution of companies registered in Cyprus and offshore jurisdictions;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Drafting and reviewing Memorandum and Articles of Association and effecting amendments on them;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Submissions of Court Applications;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assisting with drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Providing legal opinions on corporate, tax, commercial matters;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Managing complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines and complaints handling policy of the Company;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Providing legal services in connection with high profile transactions for developers, contractors, subcontractors, and leading consultants both locally and internationally;SKILLS:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Highly organised individual who is willing to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work in a challenging work environment·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Effective team worker·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsible and reliable person·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dynamic person with positive personality·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication and organizational skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong work ethic, credibility and trustworthy·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to be adaptableEDUCATIONAL BACKROUND:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2-3 years’ experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University Degree in law·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Qualified Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both written and spoken.
