A pioneer in obtaining updated accreditations aligned with the most modern standards of quality, safety, and professional practice, the clinic ensures the highest level of staff specialization in the learning of procedures and implementation of protocols.&nbsp;Location: Limassol&nbsp;Reporting Line: Strategy and Performance Manager&nbsp;Job Description: The Software Operations Officer is responsible for the management and support of the hospital’s health information systems (HIS, EMR/EHR, PACS, LIS, etc.). They coordinate interoperability between systems, optimize workflows, and support performance data analysis. The role involves close collaboration with medical and administrative staff to address operational needs and provide user training. They ensure system stability, regulatory compliance, and data security. The officer also supports the adoption of digital solutions, telemedicine platforms, and clinical decision support tools.&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (6+ years) in Software operations.</li><li>Experience in healthcare will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication skills for daily coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and developers.</li><li>Strong focus on keeping complex systems running smoothly and efficiently.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently with a proactive approach.</li><li>Good organizational skills and documentation maintenance.</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English.&nbsp;</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate system integration between multiple platforms and across departments, ensuring data accuracy, workflow optimisation and operational efficiency.</li><li>Analyse operational and system performance data to identify trends, support decision-making, and optimise workflows.</li><li>Assess requirements, evaluate new functionality and emerging technologies and oversee vendor liaison and implementation activities.</li><li>Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks following system updates, ensuring stability, compliance, and minimal service disruption.</li><li>Provide end-user training and continuous functional support to maximise system adoption and utilisation.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation and data entry.</li><li>Define and manage user access rights, workflows, and operational standards in alignment with regulations.</li><li>Identify operational challenges and deliver process improvements and effective workarounds to address them proactively.</li><li>Creating practical, lasting results that enhance performance, compliance, and service delivery.</li><li>Support telemedicine platforms and mobile health applications.</li><li>Oversee EMR system deployment, configuration, and maintenance.</li><li>Facilitate interoperability between EMR and other systems (e.g., lab, imaging).</li><li>Monitor data quality and KPI’s and support clinical decision-making tools.</li><li>Picture Archiving and Communication System</li><li>Manage PACS infrastructure for storing and retrieving medical images.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration with EMR and radiology systems.</li><li>Monitor system performance and storage capacity.</li><li>Provide user support for image access and troubleshooting.</li><li>Maintain data security and backup protocols for imaging data.</li><li>Design and implement protocols and procedures of diagnostics department.</li><li>Complies with the quality standards implemented by the Polyclinic (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, CHK</li><li>Accreditation Standards for Healthcare Organisations, etc.), as well as the internal regulations of the Polyclinic, and all relevant decisions, policies, and guidelines issued by Management.
