To further strengthen our brand&nbsp;presence and media relations, we are looking for an experienced and well-connected&nbsp;Head&nbsp;of&nbsp;PR&nbsp;to lead our public relations strategy and execution.&nbsp; Job location&nbsp;- Limassol, Cyprus.&nbsp; Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive&nbsp;PR&nbsp;strategy&nbsp;aligned with bbf: corporate goals.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with&nbsp;local and international media, including newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, and online platforms.</li><li>Act as the&nbsp;company’s spokesperson, ensuring positive representation across all communication channels.</li><li>Oversee the planning and execution&nbsp;of&nbsp;press releases, media events, interviews, and public statements.</li><li>Manage&nbsp;crisis communications&nbsp;and ensure consistency in the company’s messaging.</li><li>Build strategic partnerships with&nbsp;influential stakeholders, industry leaders, and journalists&nbsp;to enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Supervise the creation&nbsp;of&nbsp;PR&nbsp;content, including articles, speeches, editorials, and thought leadership pieces.</li><li>Collaborate with&nbsp;marketing and social media teams&nbsp;to ensure a unified brand voice across all platforms.</li><li>Monitor and analyze&nbsp;media coverage,&nbsp;providing insights and recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Manage the&nbsp;PR&nbsp;budget&nbsp;and ensure cost-effective campaigns.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in&nbsp;Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years&nbsp;of&nbsp;leadership experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;PR&nbsp;or media relations.</li><li>Native or fluent Greek and English speaker&nbsp;(Russian or other languages are a strong advantage).</li><li>Extensive network in the Cyprus media landscape -&nbsp;strong relationships with journalists, editors, and key media players.</li><li>Proven experience in&nbsp;public relations, media relations, or corporate communications,&nbsp;preferably within&nbsp;real estate, construction, or a related industry.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -&nbsp;a natural ability to engage with people.</li><li>Strong experience in&nbsp;crisis management, reputation building, and media handling.</li><li>Ability to craft compelling messages and&nbsp;strong editorial skills.</li></ul>This role requires a highly&nbsp;proactive individual who knows how to&nbsp;navigate the Cyprus media scene.&nbsp;If you are a well-connected&nbsp;PR&nbsp;professional with a&nbsp;strong&nbsp;presence in the industry and a passion for shaping public perception, we’d love to hear from you!&nbsp;All interested Candidates are kindly invited to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://bbf.bamboohr.com/careers/291?source=aWQ9MTU%3D">APPLY HERE</a>.
