CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a very well-established and expanding company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports, to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions, enhance customer engagement, and improve marketing ROI. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant quantitative discipline, who possess 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, with strong proficiency with Tableau, SQL, and Excel. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, based on skills and experience, including Hybrid working options after the completion of the probationary period.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.</li><li>Ensure visualizations are accurate, efficient, and accessible to users.</li><li>Create data models to support reporting needs.</li><li>Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.</li><li>Collaborate with business units to understand their data requirements and provide relevant solutions.</li><li>Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports.</li><li>Leverage advanced Tableau functionality (parameters, actions, tooltip modifications, API, etc.) to create analytical dashboards.</li><li>Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Train and support end-users on Tableau.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or similar.</li><li>At least 2-3 years of experience in a CRM analyst, marketing analyst, BI analyst or similar role.</li><li>Working experience with Tableau.</li><li>Strong analytical and statistical skills; proficient in SQL and MS-Excel; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.</li><li>Experience with customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and campaign tracking.</li><li>Knowledge of predictive modelling and machine learning techniques would be considered a strong plus.</li><li>Analytical mindset, attention to detail with ability to focus and prioritize workload.</li><li>High drive, can-do attitude, proactive, and flexible to changing business demands.</li><li>Strong communication with fluency in English is required.</li><li>Ability to think strategically and primarily cooperate and interact with senior stakeholders.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Benefits:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Attractive salary package.</li><li>Annual incentive bonus.</li><li>Monetary vouchers on Birthdays and other special occasions.</li><li>Options to enrol in Company's medical insurance plan.</li><li>Possibilities to enrol in Company's pension plan.</li><li>Hybrid working options.</li><li>A chance to advance professionally inside one of the world's largest iGaming organisations.</li></ul> &nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG8513.
