Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcoming guests and providing outstanding customer service.</li><li>Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.</li><li>The role involves working night shifts (i.e 23:00-07:30)</li><li>Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries.</li><li>Assisting with administrative tasks and record-keeping.</li><li>Ensuring the lobby and reception area remain clean and organized.</li><li>Addressing guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in English Language.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Prior experience in hospitality or reception is a plus but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in using hotel management software or willingness to learn.</li><li>Flexible availability for both day and night shifts, including weekends.</li><li>Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.</li></ul>&nbsp;We Offer a friendly and supportive work environment.
