Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer and direct phone calls professionally.</li><li>Draft and manage emails, letters, and other correspondence.</li><li>Complete forms for the Tax Department and Social Insurance Department.</li><li>Organize and maintain filing systems.</li><li>Assist the director with client communication and meeting preparations.</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage the director’s calendar.</li><li>Handle general administrative tasks as required.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) is essential.</li><li>Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently and work independently.</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Previous experience in an administrative role would be considered an advantage.</li></ul>Work Hours:This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00. &nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary, based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>21 days of paid annual leave.</li></ul>&nbsp;How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications via email to sotosa@cytanet.com.cy.&nbsp;
