For further information, please visit us now at http://www.huawei.com &nbsp;We are hiring engineers: RF engineer/ Core Network/ Datacom-IP Support engineer&nbsp; RF engineer Responsibilities: ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in radio network planning, design and optimization, with focus on 4G and 5G technologies.&nbsp; ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform data collection and post-processing to evaluate key performance indicators (KPI’s) ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support parameter tuning and neighbor cell relation management ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analyze coverage, capacity and interference issues based on software tools provided. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with senior engineers to implement optimization solutions and strategies for improved performance, throughput and quality of service. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare reports and documentation on network performance, issues and recommendations, as needed. &nbsp;Datacom/ IP Support engineer Responsibilities: ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support the design, configuration and maintenance of Datacom/IP networks for carrier and enterprise customers.&nbsp; ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of routers, switches and firewalls. Monitor network performance and perform basic fault analysis and coordinate with more experience engineers for problem resolution.&nbsp; ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the development of high-level design, low-level design of new network solutions. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare documentation relevant to configuration, processes and troubleshooting steps. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Learn and apply networking protocols such as TCP/IP, OSFP, MPLS, VLANs etc. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide support to customers, perform regular maintenance tasks in network, network element upgrades/updates etc. &nbsp;Core Network Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Core Network infrastructure with a primary focus on IMS and PS services and Cloud Core architecture. Integrate and manage LTE and VoLTE services within a virtualized Core Network environment. Conduct regular assessments of risks in the core network elements according to company’s guidelines and implement solutions and fixes as needed. Troubleshoot network issues in physical and virtual network layers and coordinate with senior engineers for problem resolution, ensuring high availability and network performance. Prepare technical documentation and reports for core network activities as required. Maintain a proactive approach to identify improvements and support future network enhancements. Plan, organize and execute network operations, including capacity expansions, release upgrades and patch updates in all kind of Core Network elements as required.&nbsp;✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or related field. Technical experience and background in similar positions will be considered a plus. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines. Responsible with good organization skills, attention to detail and focused in quality work delivery.
