The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the communal property, ensuring that maintenance standards are upheld, and managing the performance of subcontractors to guarantee that work is delivered to the highest quality.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the primary representative of the Management Committee, serving as the main point of contact for service providers and residents if required.</li><li>Oversee the operation and general upkeep of communal areas and facilities.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate subcontractors responsible for cleaning, security, swimming pool maintenance, landscaping, mechanical systems, and other maintenance services.</li><li>Conduct daily site inspections to ensure all communal facilities are maintained to the required standards.</li><li>Hiring and managing contractors for specialized maintenance or repair work.&nbsp;</li><li>Verify, evaluate, and approve subcontractors’ work against agreed service levels and contracts.</li><li>Prepare and present periodic reports to the Management Committee on property performance, maintenance works, and budgetary updates.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements for the property.</li><li>Support the Management Committee in budgeting, financial oversight, and strategic planning for the property’s long-term upkeep.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Property Manager, Facilities Manager, or a similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of property maintenance, building systems, and contractor management.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to resolve conflicts and address stakeholder concerns diplomatically.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and compliance standards.</li><li>Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to residential and commercial properties.</li><li>Ability to implement and monitor safety protocols, including fire safety, emergency preparedness, and workplace health standards.</li><li>Experience in conducting or coordinating safety inspections and risk assessments.</li><li>Experience in reporting, budgeting, and contract oversight will be considered an advantage</li><li>Good level of Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>An opportunity to represent and manage a landmark condominium complex.</li><li>A collaborative role working closely with the Management Committee.</li><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li></ul>&nbsp;
