The Role:&nbsp;As a Video &amp; Motion Graphics Officer, you will be responsible for producing professional, creative videos, to help audiences engage with our brand. You will be working on various projects including, but not limited to, Promo Videos, Trailers, Video Tutorials, and visual effects Videos.&nbsp;&nbsp;The main responsibilities of the position include:<ul><li>Develop creative concepts and storyboard ideas for video projects.</li><li>Design and produce engaging video content, including but not limited to promotional videos, video tutorials, video trailers for events by editing, compositing, and adding visual effects.</li><li>Create realistic CGI (3D + Real Footage).</li><li>3D Camera Tracking &amp; Match-move.</li><li>Utilize motion graphics techniques to enhance visual storytelling and create engaging animations.</li><li>Keep abreast of the current video trends by incorporating the latest styles, techniques, and narratives into advertising campaigns to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.</li><li>Perform any other tasks, as assigned by the Head of Media Production.</li></ul>&nbsp;Main requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Media Communications, Animation (2D + 3D), Illustration, or a related field.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.</li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Audition, Audacity, Camtasia Studio, PF Tracking, Maya, Cinema4D, Mocca is required.</li><li>Working knowledge of Autodesk Maya / Cinema4D / VFX &amp; CGI /Post Production / 3D Camera Tracking / DSLR Camera Operating is required.</li><li>Working knowledge with sound/audio design and SFX/sound composition, using Adobe Audition or other high-end audio software.</li><li>Experience in utilizing AI tools for video creation and editing, enabling the efficient production of high-quality content will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Experience with creating videos for various channels (YT, TikTok, Meta, etc.,) and monitoring video engagement KPIs (view rates, conversion rates, etc.) will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be taken into consideration.</li><li>Strong video editing, motion graphics and sound skills.</li><li>Proactive, efficient, and creative.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication in English.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefit from:<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Corporate pension fund</li><li>Intellectually stimulating work environment</li><li>Continuous personal development and international training opportunities</li></ul>The Hiring Experience: What Awaits You<ul><li>Let’s Connect – Intro Chat with Talent Acquisition</li><li>Deep Dive – First Interview with Your Future Team</li><li>Bring It to Life – Role-Specific Take-Home Task</li><li>Final Connection – Final Interview</li></ul>&nbsp;Type of employment: Full time&nbsp;Location: Cyprus, Greece or Remote&nbsp;Please visit our website&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://tinyurl.com/ycypfnss">https://tinyurl.com/ycypfnss</a>&nbsp;to submit your online application for this position.&nbsp;&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!&nbsp;
