At&nbsp;Partners Connected Communications, you’ll be the primary advisor to clients while guiding campaigns, aligning strategies and ensuring every touchpoint drives value. If you’re ready to combine client leadership with creative collaboration, we’d love to meet you.&nbsp;What You’ll Do<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring their communication needs are met</li><li>Challenge client strategies where needed, bringing a consumer-first perspective and fresh ideas</li><li>Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with expectations, budgets, and timelines</li><li>Analyse customer journeys and identify key pain points, implementing strategies to improve experiences across touchpoints</li><li>Develop proposals, reports, and recommendations that drive actionable results</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, media and PR,to deliver seamless solutions</li><li>Oversee onboarding processes and ensure long-term client satisfaction</li><li>Manage escalated concerns with a proactive, solution-focused approach</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new technologies and insights into client strategies</li><li>Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in&nbsp;Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in&nbsp;account management, client services, or communications</li><li>Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering successful campaigns</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in&nbsp;Greek and English</li><li>Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategies</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members</li><li>Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Why Join UsAt&nbsp;Partners Connected Communications, we like to change the game.
