Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Build and expand strong partnerships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact,</li><li>Proactively engage with customers to understand their objectives and challenges, providing tailored recommendations that meet their needs,</li><li>Foster customer loyalty and ensure satisfaction by delivering top-tier support and service,</li><li>Collect and share client insights and suggestions for product improvements with the development team,</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure seamless delivery of products and services,</li><li>Design and implement customer success strategies aimed at boosting product adoption and maximizing value for clients,</li><li>Leverage an existing client base to promote and sell additional solutions provided by MetaQuotes.</li></ul>Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required,</li><li>Demonstrated experience in customer support, account management, or sales within the Forex sector,</li><li>Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of an additional language is a plus,</li><li>Knowledge of MT4 and/or MT5,</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, strong multitasking abilities,</li><li>Excellent relationship-building and management skills,</li><li>A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset,</li><li>Highly organized with a focus on delivering results,</li><li>Previous experience in Marketing will be beneficial.
