We are looking for an experienced Property Services Manager to lead our property services team. This key leadership role involves overseeing the team's daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards across our portfolio.&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, work allocation, and resource management. Ensure all property maintenance and service requests are completed efficiently and to a high standard.</li><li>Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the property services team. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.</li><li>Quality and Standards: Implement and enforce quality control processes. Regularly inspect properties to ensure they meet our company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.</li><li>Client and Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for complex service issues and escalations. Maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and external vendors to ensure satisfaction and effective communication.</li><li>Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the departmental budget. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure all projects are completed within budget.</li><li>Health and Safety: Ensure all team members and operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
