As a prominent wine shop, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional selections from Wines, Champagnes, Spirits, and more from all over the world! &nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Offer exceptional in-store support to customers, ensuring their needs are met.</li><li>Elevate customer satisfaction through top-tier sales service.</li><li>Uphold the store's impeccable condition and adhere to visual merchandising standards.</li><li>Assist in maintaining a well-stocked store to facilitate smooth sales processes.</li><li>Skillfully handle and pack bulk items.</li><li>Identify and address customer preferences and requirements.</li><li>Provide recommendations and skillfully display products aligning with customer needs.</li><li>Extend warm welcomes and greetings to all customers.</li><li>Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently.</li><li>Play an active role in receiving and organizing new shipments.</li><li>Stay updated on product information and effectively communicate features and benefits.</li><li>Adhere to company policies and procedures with diligence.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of Wines and Spirits.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluent in the English language<ul><li>Russian Language should be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Customer approach attitude</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Demonstrated experience in Retail Sales or Hospitality.</li><li>Valid work permit for Cyprus.</li><li>Fundamental grasp of sales principles and customer service practices.</li><li>Basic knowledge of gourmet products.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Emails).</li><li>Approachable, helpful, confident, and engaging demeanor.</li><li>Effective team collaboration abilities.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What We Provide:<ul><li>An attractive salary package (1,500 € net)</li><li>Staff discount in our boutiques.</li><li>Participation in tastings and exciting events.</li><li>Full-time employment comprises 40 hours per week, operating from Monday to Saturday.
