<ul><li>Prepare the department’s Timetable</li><li>Update the List of machines and equipment of the hotel</li><li>Develop specifications for the machines and equipment of the hotel</li><li>Prepare Maintenance program</li><li>Collect, prioritize and delegate Repair Requests to technicians</li><li>Brief the Technicians for pending and/ or planned work</li><li>Supervise gardening and swimming pool facilities</li><li>Ensure 24-hours maintenance support</li><li>Handle department’s Incident Reports</li><li>Carry out purchases for the department (spare parts, equipment etc.)</li><li>Monitor water quality and other testings</li></ul>
