Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mice Sales Assistant located in Paphos, Cyprus.Duties / Responsibilities<ul><li>The Mice Sales&nbsp;Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client&nbsp;inquiries, and supporting the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies within the&nbsp;MICE Segment.</li><li>Daily tasks will include handling communications with clients, organizing sales&nbsp; materials, and assisting with the coordination of events and meetings.</li><li>The role also requires&nbsp;maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all sales processes are&nbsp;efficiently executed and follow up and creating proposals of both existing as new potential leads.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Effective communication and sales abilities</li><li>Excellent organization skills to manage tasks and documents efficiently</li><li>Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is beneficial</li><li>Proficiency in relevant computer applications</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus</li></ul>
