GCC Computers Ltd has several partnerships with leading vendors including Hewlett Packard, Juniper Networks and Fortinet.&nbsp;Job Overview&nbsp;We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our Networks and Security team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in the design, deployment and support of networking solutions in the enterprise, service provider or data center sectors.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Understand customer requirements and contribute towards the development of new network and security solutions to meet customer needs.</li><li>Deploy networking solutions adhering to the low-level design and the manufacturer’s best practices guidelines, and contribute towards customer-facing project documentation.</li><li>Provide effective technical support for customer networks, adhering to the agreed SLAs.</li><li>Work with an extensive range of customers, including SME, governmental, financial sector as well as telecom operators.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>5-year + demonstrated work experience in a network engineering role.</li><li>Self-motivating and willing to continuously update skills and technical knowledge, through self-study or training.</li><li>Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.</li><li>Display initiative and sense of ownership/responsibility as well as a strong customer service orientation.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Solid understanding of data networking principles, strong IP routing and switching knowledge, fundamental understanding of TCP/IP.</li><li>Understanding of overlay networking solutions (e.g., EVPN), MPLS-based services, experience with network automation frameworks and configuration management platforms, will all be considered an advantage.</li><li>Networking professional certifications, e.g. Juniper, Fortinet, Cisco or Aruba/HPE will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Proven documentation skills (in the form of Low-Level Design or High-Level Design document) will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Willing to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation abilities (in English and Greek).</li><li>Friendly and professional manner with an enthusiastic positive approach towards tasks.</li></ul>&nbsp;Applications&nbsp;Interested candidates must electronically submit their applications with a recent C.V to careers@gcc.com.cy before 20th of September 2025 quoting the above job title and reference number.&nbsp;Please ensure your application clearly highlights your relevant technical experience.
