You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our complex gambling platform by defining features, outlining business logic, and managing intricate requirements. You will have the opportunity to create an impact by streamlining processes, addressing ambiguity, and delivering robust solutions.All you need is:<ul><li>Experience:</li><li>3+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst;</li><li>Proven experience working on complex systems with high levels of dependencies and limited documentation.</li><li>Skills and Expertise:</li><li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach;</li><li>Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping;</li><li>Proficiency in business process modelling (BPMN) and UML;</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with varied stakeholders and gain their trust;</li><li>Ability to influence without authority using logical reasoning, data, and facts;</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies;</li><li>Ability to decompose complex problems into manageable solutions with clear, logical steps;</li><li>Adaptability to deal with high ambiguity and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment;</li><li>Familiarity with designing interfaces through wireframes and mockups;</li><li>Advanced knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart);</li><li>Proficiency in creating and maintaining structured documentation for long-term usability.</li><li>Language:</li><li>Professional English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>Your daily adventures will look like:<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable specifications for the development team;</li><li>Design and manage functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria;</li><li>Map and analyse complex data structures and APIs to ensure seamless system integrations;</li><li>Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and deliverables;</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Vision and Scope, BRDs, SRS, user manuals, and maintenance guides;</li><li>Define and visualise workflows using BPMN or UML to support process improvements;</li><li>Assist in backlog management by structuring product backlog items, identifying dependencies, and ensuring clarity for the development team;</li><li>Conduct ongoing analysis of product features to identify risks, opportunities, and optimisation strategies;</li><li>Actively support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by ensuring deliverables align with business goals;</li><li>Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams to enhance system understanding and adoption of best practices.</li></ul>So, why Gamingtec?If you are a person with passion, ideas, and a thirst to advance your career, you will love our corporate culture.
