We are searching for&nbsp;an&nbsp;Accountant&nbsp;to join our growing Limassol-based team. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Accounting Team, reporting to the Head of the Accounting Department.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and execute day-to-day accounting activities to ensure the smooth functioning of financial operations.</li><li>Maintaining records of financial transactions.</li><li>Purchasing Invoice processing and payment: Receive review and record payable invoices, initiate and process payments to suppliers and handle communication with suppliers and banks.</li><li>Sales Invoices and payments processing.</li><li>Prepare VAT returns.</li><li>Dealing with accounting paperwork and filing.</li><li>Record and reconcile cash and bank statements to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Review, record, reconcile, and facilitate payment for the crew payroll.</li><li>Address promptly any problems, difficulties, or discrepancies encountered during day-to-day accounting activities.</li><li>Conduct account reconciliations and promptly resolve any discrepancies identified.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary financial data for comprehensive record-keeping.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the financial and accounting procedures of the company.</li><li>Provide support to the senior accountant and accounting supervisor with administrative tasks, in financial reporting, and various accounting tasks to facilitate smooth departmental operations.</li><li>Conduct regular financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations.</li><li>Undertake any other tasks or assignments as directed by the senior accountant and accounting supervisor.&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field.</li><li>2 years of experience in an accounting role.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Requirements<ul><li>In-depth understanding of the Accounting Principles, financial regulations, and compliance.</li><li>Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Excellent in data analysis and financial reporting.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Private Health insurance</li><li>Pension Fund</li><li>Employee Benefit Card</li><li>Lunchtime buffet</li><li>A fast-growing and vibrant company</li><li>Great opportunities for career progression</li><li>Exciting company activities, including team-building outings, corporate gatherings and events</li></ul>To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@mano-security.com">careers@mano-security.com</a> quoting “Accountant”&nbsp;
