If you have the experience and character needed for this key role, the position of Hotel Controller could be a great fit for you. While cooperating with the various other departments within the hotel, you will be sharing the vision of Kanika Hotels &amp; Resorts, to offer guests an amazing holiday experience in Cyprus.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle the on boarding and off-boarding of all employees by following the company’s policies and procedures</li><li>Ensure that all the necessary information is obtained from the new employees and all policies and laws are followed at all times</li><li>Update the payroll system with the employees’ data and do any necessary modifications</li><li>Work closely with the company’s Central Accounts Department</li><li>Ensure that the company’s financial policies relating to employees are being followed at all times</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>High School Leaving Certificate.
