Key Tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer reception at the Parking Area and vehicle delivery.</li><li>Management of incoming and outgoing vehicles.</li><li>Performing the corporate check-out procedure on PC/mobile device for checking the vehicle's optimal. conditions before putting the vehicle into use.</li><li>Complete management of the procedure for checking the vehicle's optimal conditions upon return.</li><li>Sending the vehicle for washing or any maintenance, respecting the timing of the service.</li></ul>Your Qualities:<ul><li>Fluency in English.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Sunday.</li><li>Previous experience in Customer Service is appreciated (preference for experience in the car rental sector).</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Flexibility and stress management skills.</li><li>Excellent knowledge and computer skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.</li><li>Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.</li><li>Must be willing to wear company uniforms.</li></ul>Why Choose Sixt?As a leading global mobility service provider, SIXT is well-known for innovative products and customer-orientated services.
