This large-scale, mixed-use seafront project will redefine modern coastal living, combining residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces in one of the most prestigious areas of the city.Learn more about the project at kean.bbf.com.&nbsp;&nbsp;Main tasks and responsibilities:Sales Strategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Develop and execute the sales strategy for a mixed-use development project.</li><li>Define sales goals, KPIs, and set clear expectations for the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.</li><li>Lead and manage the sales team to ensure motivation, accountability, and consistent high performance.</li><li>Ensure the sales process is efficient, scalable, and customer-centric, driving positive results.</li></ul>Team Development &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve both individual and team sales objectives.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team skills and results.</li><li>Foster a collaborative, high-energy sales culture that aligns with the company’s values and vision.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee and participate in high-level negotiations and deal closures for large, complex transactions.</li><li>Address client concerns and feedback, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.</li></ul>Market &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new sales opportunities, understand market trends, and adjust sales tactics accordingly.</li><li>Develop strategies for entering new markets, expanding project visibility, and maximizing sales reach.</li><li>Collaborate with external partners, including brokers and real estate agents, to generate leads and drive sales.</li></ul>Sales Operations &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Manage all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to post-sale follow-up and retention.</li><li>Implement and optimize CRM systems and sales tools to monitor performance, track leads, and manage customer relationships.</li><li>Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior leadership on sales progress, challenges, and market trends.</li></ul>Pricing, Negotiation &amp; Financial Oversight<ul><li>Collaborate with the finance team to determine competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability and align with market demand.</li><li>Oversee pricing negotiations with clients and ensure that transactions are structured in the best interest of the company.</li><li>Monitor and manage the sales budget and ensure that all sales activities are cost-effective and aligned with financial goals.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Product Positioning<ul><li>Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the value of the company’s developments.</li><li>Ensure that all sales-related communications align with the company’s brand image and marketing efforts.</li><li>Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners.</li></ul>Key Qualifications:<ul><li>10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial position within real estate development.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving significant revenue growth.</li><li>Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer needs, and trends in residential and commercial development.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Expertise:<ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain top sales talent.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, strategies, and tools.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize sales performance.</li><li>Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate sales platforms.</li><li>Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing sales performance.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Results-driven with a strategic, goal-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centricity.</li><li>Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.</li></ul>This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales.
