Barbacoa Limassol, Restaurant cluster with existing Roof Top Bar COA, Take Away streetfood Birdslut, speak easy bar BlindPig and newly opening gourmet wine bar&nbsp;Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>To prepare the weekly rotas, to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times</li><li>To supervise and assist the staff on a daily basis</li><li>To have excellent understanding and product knowledge</li><li>To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues</li><li>To maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety</li><li>To enforce and maintain all policies and procedures</li><li>To ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of service area</li><li>To perform any other duties as and when required</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Previous experience in a similar environment</li><li>Fluency in English language.
