If you are a reliable and motivated individual eager to thrive in a dynamic company, let`s connect.&nbsp;Key requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field (ACCA / ACA qualified or part-qualified will be considered an advantage)</li><li>3+ years working experience within a reputable audit firm or large Group as financial accountant/controller</li><li>Prior working experience with financial reporting and preparation of Financial Statements and Group consolidation under IFRS</li><li>Knowledge of Cyprus local tax and legal (corporate governance) reporting obligations (key requirement)</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills with the ability to work under pressure</li><li>Excellent English communication skills – both oral and written</li><li>Ukrainian language (both oral and written) – will be an advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities (Reporting to Executive Director):<ul><li>Monthly accounting and preparation of management accounts, budgeting, Group cash flow forecasts and monitoring performance</li><li>Annual preparation of statutory financial statements for Cyprus companies and Group IFRS consolidated accounts, liaising with auditors</li><li>Bank covenants monitoring and reporting to the banks (preparation, review and analysis of key financial indicators)</li><li>Coordination of company business activities including supervision and financing of group companies, liquidity monitoring, liaising with banks, preparing and executing payments</li><li>Contracts management and business administration for Cyprus companies of the Group, ensuring compliance with local legal (corporate governance) regulations</li><li>Preparation and review of tax forecasts, income tax returns, employer’s returns and other statutory requirements – ensuring compliance with local regulations for Cyprus tax and VAT</li><li>Analysis and presentation of information and documents for management’s review</li><li>Participation in ad-hock projects of the Group (M&amp;A, restructurings, new markets penetration as may be required)</li></ul> You will receive a competitive remuneration package, designed to reward your expertise, dedication, and contributions, while also providing additional benefits that support your professional growth and well-being.&nbsp;Please send you CV to <a href="mailto:office@vengast.cy">office@vengast.cy</a>
