&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsible for general store management</li><li>Ensuring monthly sales goals are achieved and working on sales strategies to increase sales.</li><li>Managing and overseeing shop operations, developing a routine for opening&nbsp; and closing, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales&nbsp; floor and providing maximum profitability</li><li>Organizing events during low season to promote products and cross sell with other luxury brands.</li><li>Management of the staff and operational procedures of the store, with the aim of&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; excellent customer service. Enforcing exceptional customer service, setting goals for the team and create interesting challenges for them to increase sales.</li><li>Implementing human resource duties including recruiting, hiring, training, managing schedules, assigning responsibilities and setting sales goals.</li><li>Controlling inventory to ensure sufficient stock, daily and weekly and monthly counts, rotated and changed by season, shop specials or sales</li><li>Establishing security and safety measures, creating emergency and lock-down strategy and ensuring health and safety compliance</li><li>During low season management and coordination of marketplaces</li><li>During low season administration of Eshop</li></ul>&nbsp;We Offer:<ul><li>Salary depending on experience</li><li>Bonus at the end of the year equivalent to 13th salary</li><li>Commission on sales will be applied when targets reached and will start after probation period</li><li>24 paid vacation holidays per year</li><li>Training in customer service and other areas relevant to the role</li><li>Discount on products</li></ul>Working hours:8hrs and a one-hour break, 11am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, with 2 days off. During Xmas we will be open longer hours and overtime will be paid or replaced with extra holidays.&nbsp;We are looking for team players to grow together.
