The successful candidate will provide quality customer service and support to subscribers and prospective clients. Furthermore, support the day to day jobs within the shop under the supervision and direction of the Store Supervisor.&nbsp;Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Liaising between the Supervisor and other employees</li><li>Training of new employees</li><li>Developing training materials and conducting training sessions and workshops</li><li>Establishing business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals</li><li>Leading the team to achieve pre-established objectives. Reaching sales targets</li><li>Following-up representatives’ results by taking appropriate corrective action</li><li>Monitoring both individual and team job performance metrics</li><li>Providing staff with Sales guidance and assistance</li><li>Relaying productivity concerns to the Supervisor</li><li>Preparing job descriptions and work schedules</li><li>Maintaining POS premises and assets</li><li>Taking immediate action on urgent needs of all shops in area for smooth operation of shops and consistent service to external customers</li><li>Assisting in developing and implementing POS sales strategy</li><li>Following up difficult cases and insure their resolution in the most efficient manner</li><li>Ensuring appropriate preventive and corrective action to maintain standards of quality and subscriber or prospective client satisfaction</li><li>Maintaining stock levels according to company’s policy</li><li>Taking corrective actions for cash shortages/surplus</li><li>Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required</li></ul>Our proposition:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Stimulating monthly bonus</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Attractive benefits with comprehensive medical and life insurances and provident fund</li><li>Company telecom products with free mobile and internet lines and exclusive discounts for our services with maximum monthly total value of 130 euros</li><li>Opportunity for a sustainable career and continuously building skills and expertise in a dynamic technology sector</li></ul>Your Profile:<ul><li>At least 1 year of experience in Retail sales environment</li><li>University Degree or College Diploma (Business Management, Marketing, Social or Economic studies) will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Proven previous work experience as a team leader or Supervisor will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Exceptional leadership potential with the ability to work well with others in a motivational manner</li><li>Fluent written and spoken Greek and English.</li><li>Basic knowledge of GSM technology and services</li></ul>Interested to join a team of passionate professionals?
