Employment Type: Full-Time &nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure the consistent quality of all coffee beverages served, maintaining the highest standards from bean to cup.</li><li>Oversee the selection, calibration, and regular maintenance of coffee equipment and machinery.</li><li>Collaborate with baristas and relevant departments to ensure correct use and operational readiness of all equipment.</li><li>Develop and deliver barista training programs covering onboarding, technical skills, customer service, and hygiene best practices.</li><li>Work closely with Bean Bar Operations Manager to align coffee service with broader operational flow and customer experience goals.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of coffee and related supplies, and proactively communicate shortages or reordering needs to the appropriate teams.</li><li>Stay current on industry trends, equipment innovations, and best practices to continuously enhance the overall coffee service.</li><li>Implement quality control initiatives and conduct regular performance assessments to ensure product and service consistency.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the coffee or hospitality industry</li><li>In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and brewing methods</li><li>Proven track record in fast-paced, multi-site or high-volume coffee operations</li><li>Hands-on experience with quality assurance and coffee equipment management</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal)</li><li>Dynamic, proactive personality with strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Barista training experience or certifications (e.g., SCA) considered a strong asset</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Up to 24 working days of Annual Leave, directly paid from the Company</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Medical Care plan – 50% coverage by the employer (Voluntary in the 3rd month of employment)</li><li>Pension Insurance Plan which includes Life Insurance (Voluntary in the 6th month of employment)</li><li>20% employee discount at Alphamega Cafeterias &amp; BEAN BAR</li><li>10% employee discount shopping at Alphamega Hypermarkets</li><li>Free Dietetics and Nutrition Counseling Services by our Clinical Nutritionist</li><li>Providing health assistance by the Company’s Accredited Doctor and psychological group support when needed</li><li>Scholarships at Specific Universities or Higher Education, for diplomas, Bachelor or Master’s Degree</li></ul>Join us in shaping a standout coffee experience!&nbsp;Apply by sending your CV to annamaria.t@alphamega.com.cy with “BQS725” in the subject line.&nbsp;
