The position requires multi-tasking, effective and direct communication with the existing team but most importantly top customer service rapport at all times.&nbsp; The face of FUELHOUSE will be the face of you!&nbsp;&nbsp;We are the first and only Boutique Fitness Club in Nicosia offering three types of services all under one roof;<ul><li>Seven group-training Workouts</li><li>Vegan protein shakes Bar via the REFUEL BAR</li><li>Athleisure boutique Shop via the FUEL SHOP&nbsp;</li></ul>Our team is always growing and so keep reading if you think you would be the perfect addition to our FUEL-team.&nbsp; &nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Daily software use of our booking system in order to check in clients, account profile management, perform class bookings, process Package and Membership purchases, as well as basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Training will be provided.</li><li>Daily preparation of the two Workout Rooms. Training will be provided.</li><li>Answering incoming phone calls and assisting queries accordingly.</li><li>Responsible for in-house show rounds to new clients walking them through the seven Workout style class structures, our Memberships and cross promoting internal marketing campaigns. Training will be provided.</li><li>In charge of keeping the lobby area, Reception &amp; REFUEL BAR areas tidy and presentable.</li><li>Basic bartending skills in preparing protein shakes for in-studio clients and for online deliveries. Training will be provided.</li><li>Replenishing of bar stock supplies and liaising with the FoH Manager for the timely delivery of the bar supplies.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Greek and English languages, both written and spoken</li><li>Some previous experience is required but not necessary</li><li>Appetite to learn new skills and work well within a group</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits<ul><li>Attend workout classes - free of charge!</li><li>Enjoy a protein shake a day - free of charge!&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Working Days/Hours<ul><li>Monday - Friday: 5pm - 9.30pm (4.5h)</li><li>Saturday: 8am - 2pm (6h)</li></ul>Total working days: 3 to 4 times a week.&nbsp;Important Note: We are flexible on the working days.
