As a Supply Chain Planning Software Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, data, and problem-solving, delivering solutions that have direct, measurable impact.&nbsp;We don’t expect you to know everything on Day 1. You’ll receive both hands-on and structured training in the software tools and mathematical modeling approaches we use. All you need is curiosity, a strong foundation in programming and analytics, and most importantly, the desire to learn.&nbsp;What You’ll Do<ul><li>Use advanced software tools to model and solve complex planning and optimization problems for global clients as a member of a team</li><li>Collaborate with local and international teams and clients to deliver solutions that reduce cost, increase efficiency, and improve decision-making</li><li>Translate quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations</li><li>Learn and apply techniques in optimization, simulation, forecasting, and more</li></ul>&nbsp;What We’re Looking For&nbsp;Must-Haves:<ul><li>Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering etc.)</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in at least one structured programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++), either academic or professional</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations across Europe and internationally</li><li>Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset</li></ul>&nbsp;Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):<ul><li>Experience with databases, SQL, or data modeling</li><li>Exposure to optimization software (like Gurobi, Cplex), data science tools (R, Python, Matlab), or ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS)</li><li>Academic background or interest in operations research, forecasting, or supply chain management</li></ul>&nbsp;Compensation &amp; Perks• Starting annual salary: €27,500+ (based on qualifications and experience)• Bonus potential• International travel opportunities• Ongoing training and development• Work on real projects with real-world impact&nbsp;delevant&nbsp;is a growing technology-driven consulting company focused on making complex supply chain problems simpler.  </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li lang="en-US">As a Supply Chain Planning Software Analyst you will work
 on&nbsp;solving some challenging data-driven business problems across
 industries, through the use of specific software suites.</li><li lang="en-US">The role will require quantitative programming skills and
 understanding of statistical analysis, mathematical&nbsp;modeling and
 optimization. The software packages we use include complex data models and
 innovative algorithms that help businesses and organizations solve tricky problems and
 make decisions that relate to real cost benefits.</li><li lang="en-US">You would be implementing software in an international business
 environment and will require excellent command of the English language as well
 as the ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear,
 precise, and actionable manner with both technical and non-technical
 customers.&nbsp;</li><li lang="en-US">On-the-job and organized training on the software packages and
 underline mathematical modeling will be provided.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">

 </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Undergraduate
 or Graduate degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering,
 Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics,
 Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or a related science field</li><li>Strong
 quantitative and analytic abilities</li><li>Proficiency in
 at least one structured programming language. Programming experience in either a professional or academic setting and a passion for using code to solve tricky issues with various algorithms and methodologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent
 command of the English language, both verbal and writing. Initiative,
 motivation, strong work ethics</li><li>Willing to
 travel to European and International client destinations</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">

 computer programming skills</li><li>Sound
 understanding of data warehouse best practices, relational data structures
 and dimensional data modeling along with strong SQL skills</li><li>Prior
 experience with architecting complex ETL processes using tools like
 Informatica Power center or Microsoft SSIS</li><li>Academic or
 other experience in the fields of linear and mixed integer programming
 optimization, mathematical modeling, meta-heuristics, demand forecasting,
 simulation, inventory optimization, supply chain management</li><li>Exposure to
 optimization and/or statistical software like R, Python, Cplex, Gurobi,
 SSAS, SPSS, Matlab</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">
